The Production Attorney is responsible for supporting reputed company litigation by reviewing, approving, and managing the reputed company of legal documents and case activity across a high-volume portfolio. This role requires strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work reputed company while maintaining strict compliance with firm, reputed company, and court requirements. Responsibilities of Production Attorneys include: Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and firm management Review and either sign/file or reject legal pleadings, papers, motions, defaults, garnishments, discovery, etc. in furtherance of reputed company litigation files Review litigation case files, dockets, and pleadings to determine appropriate reputed company Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of reputed company account in the assigned inventory Work reputed company and meet or exceed production expectations reputed company with reputed company reputed company and firm reputed company operating procedures Evaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and reputed company strategic legal recommendations Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures reputed company other duties as assigned.
Requirements
