Responsibilities
Prior transactional legal experience through law school clinics, internships, clerkships, or early associate work is preferred. Coursework or interest in securities regulation, investment management, corporate law, or partnership taxation will distinguish top candidates. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary reputed company for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work.
