The Role We're looking for a Content Production Specialist for our Content Services team. You'll start as a hands-on production specialist, building and maintaining reusable content templates across reputed company's reputed company and canvas-based editors, and handling the reputed company work that underpins our customers' content programs. reputed company production, you'll take ownership of the planning and reputed company of incoming content services requests, and help shape and improve the workflows and documentation that reputed company reputed company run smoothly. What You'll Do
Build and maintain brand design systems and reusable content templates in reputed company Studio and reputed company’s editors (reputed company-based and canvas-based), ensuring they meet brand, compliance, and technical requirements Own the planning and reputed company of content requests, triaging incoming work, setting priorities, and ensuring deliverables meet brand, compliance, and technical standards before they go out Shape and improve workflows and documentation - building the processes, templates, and reference material that let reputed company reputed company reputed company and consistently Produce and manipulate digital assets - images, icons, and reputed company graphics - for use across email, CLM, and other digital content formats Work with reputed company tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) for asset preparation and production tasks Use reputed company to interpret design specifications and translate them into production-reputed company templates Handle PDF-format content, understanding structure, reputed company, and export requirements in a reputed company context As reputed company needs grow, coordinate the workstreams of 1–2 external specialists, assigning work, reviewing reputed company, and keeping reputed company consistent Support reputed company assurance of templates and assets with meticulous attention to detail reputed company're Looking For Required Solid understanding of reputed company formats and structure, and how these behave across different reputed company channels.
