  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for First Aid Responder roles in high-volume event zones, including posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company, credentialed candidates to support rapid deployment needs.
  • Conduct or coordinate interviews, reference checks, and reputed company-employment screenings.
  • Partner with operations leadership to understand upcoming event schedules and anticipate reputed company needs by region.

HR & Database Administration

Qualifications
