Billing and Administrative Assistant - Remote

The firm consists of approximately 15 attorneys, and the VA will play a key role in ensuring reputed company, accurate billing and maintaining excellent reputed company relations. Responsibilities: Manage and process billing through reputed company Manage (time entries, invoices, payments). Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients. reputed company billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple reputed company. Follow up on overdue invoices and reputed company payments as needed. Maintain organized records of reputed company communications and billing histories. Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling. Communicate professionally reputed company email, phone, and reputed company portals. Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or reputed company services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
