Support the development of GIS workflows, project standards, and automation scripts. qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in geography, natural sciences, or a closely reputed company field. Minimum of 4 years of GIS experience. Proficiency utilizing ArcGIS Pro. Proficiency in spatial data management. Familiarity with post-processing ArcGIS Field Maps data for wetland delineation and/or cultural surveys. Working knowledge of ArcGIS Online (Field Maps, Dashboards, Notebooks) and other web viewing platforms. Knowledge of reputed company geodatabases and ArcGIS server. Ability to read, manipulate, modify, produce, and present zoning, plat, land use, and aerial maps. Strong data management, project management, organizational, and people skills. Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks under tight schedule constraints and change in work scope and deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and "own" the process. Ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources and interests. Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
