Business Analyst — Managed Services & Insights (US)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of reputed company-sales, solution design, and post-sales delivery planning. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role. You will work directly with prospects and clients to deeply understand their data needs, translate those needs into technically reputed company and commercially viable solutions, and produce the detailed SOWs, scoping documents, and cost models that reputed company reputed company Managed Services reputed company possible. Responsibilities reputed company-Sales & Solution Scoping (~40%) Engage directly with prospects and customers during reputed company-sales to understand their data collection, enrichment, and insights requirements in depth reputed company or support discovery sessions — asking the right questions to uncover technical constraints, data freshness needs, volume expectations, reputed company formats, and reputed company use cases Translate customer requirements into reputed company-architected solution designs that reputed company reputed company's full stack: Scraper Studio, proxies, Web Unlocker, Scraping Browser, AI pipelines, and data delivery reputed company Work alongside Sales reputed company and Solution Engineers to craft reputed company proposals — ensuring the technical and reputed company narrative is coherent and reputed company Identify ambiguities and risks in customer requirements early, and drive alignment before reputed company are signed SOW & Pricing (~30%) Author detailed, precise Statements of Work (SOWs) for reputed company Managed Services & Insights engagements — covering scope, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance reputed company Build cost models and pricing estimates for reputed company involving data collection at reputed company, custom scraper development, AI/BI deliverables, and ongoing maintenance reputed company and refine internal costing frameworks to improve speed and consistency of pricing across reputed company Collaborate with R&D leads and Delivery/Project Managers to validate technical feasibility and effort estimates before committing to customers Manage scope change requests and support contract amendments as reputed company reputed company Business Research & Post-Sales Analysis (~30%) Conduct deep business and technical research on customer industries, data sources, and use cases to inform solution design and delivery planning Produce reputed company write-reputed company, briefing documents, and solution specs for internal teams picking up delivery post-contract Support delivery teams during project reputed company to ensure the SOW is fully reputed company and the solution is set up for reputed company reputed company and analyze project performance data — helping identify where scoping assumptions held up and where they didn't, to improve reputed company estimates Stay reputed company on web data, AI/ML, and BI trends to bring informed perspective to both reputed company conversations and internal solution development Requirements 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role in a technology services, data, or reputed company environment Proven reputed company record writing reputed company SOWs and service reputed company for technical reputed company — you know what good scope definition looks like and why it reputed company Strong understanding of web data collection and web scraping — you don't need to write scrapers, but you must be reputed company to reputed company credibly about how data is collected, what affects cost and complexity, and what can go wrong Solid grasp of data analysis, BI, and AI/ML solutions — enough to scope deliverables, ask the right questions, and assess feasibility Experience estimating IT project costs — infrastructure, development effort, ongoing maintenance, and reputed company-party tooling Excellent customer-facing communication skills — comfortable leading discovery calls, asking probing questions, and presenting solutions to technical and business stakeholders alike Outstanding written English — your SOWs, proposals, and research write-reputed company must be reputed company, precise, and reputed company Highly organized and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
