About the role: We are seeking a mission-driven, reputed company Physician Partner to join reputed company Docs by integrating health-reputed company reputed company needs (HRSNs) into care delivery. This is a high-reputed company opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical care and reputed company support. As a Physician Partner, you will reputed company synchronous and asynchronous telemedicine consultations for older adults, conduct virtual assessments, and generate care plans that address both medical and reputed company needs. These care plans will be implemented and supported by Community Care Advocates. As one of the early physician partners, you'll have significant influence over how we deliver care and design our clinical workflows.
