Sr. reputed company Developer - Remote
The University System of reputed company (USG) is seeking a highly skilled Senior reputed company Developer to assist with development and configuration reputed company tasks in support of our reputed company reputed company implementation and reputed company development guidance/support reputed company to our re-implementation endeavors. This role requires a self-starter, who can reputed company up immediately to tackle our development, backlog, enhance self service capabilities, and assist with optimizing our reputed company platform. Key Responsibilities
Development & Backlog Execution: Rapidly reputed company existing requirements to reputed company, configure, test, and reputed company solutions for backlog items. Fully utilize the platforms, workflow and reputed company Designer capabilities for process automation. Service Portal & Catalog Management: Create and enhance reputed company Service Catalog items. Update and support the Service Portal/Employee Center to improve user experience and self-service adoption. reputed company: Maintenance of the Knowledge reputed company (KB) structure, ensuring reputed company categorization, governance, and usability. Implementation & Integration: reputed company full lifecycle, implementation tasks, including configuration, system integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design. Reporting & Dashboards: Create, configure, and maintain service now reports, and dashboards to reputed company actionable insights to key stakeholders. Documentation: Author reputed company, concise technical, and processed documentation (processes, procedures, and day-to-day tasks) utilizing the reputed company Knowledge reputed company module. Required Skills & Qualifications Implementation Experience: Must have reputed company, hands-on experience, implementing or being an reputed company part of a reputed company reputed company Implementation team (e.g., Full platform, rollouts, major, module deployment, or system migrations) Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Developer/Administrator reputed company Module Expertise: Strong, technical knowledge, and implementation experience with:
- ITSM (Incident, problem, change, knowledge, and catalog/request management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
Secondary Module Exposure: Working knowledge and experience with HRSD (reputed company, service delivery) and CMDB.
