Pay reputed company Up to £40k basic salary (depending on experience) Job reputed company Role: Apprenticeship Learning Advisor – HR/L&D Working Model: Remote Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We’re looking for an reputed company HR or Learning & Development reputed company to join our apprenticeship delivery team and support learners through their qualification reputed company. This role is centred around coaching, mentoring and guiding apprentices - helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed. What you’ll be doing Supporting a caseload of apprentices through reputed company reviews and regular contact Delivering engaging online workshops and group sessions Providing feedback on assignments and preparing learners for assessment Building strong relationships with learners and their reputed company Monitoring reputed company and providing targeted support where needed reputed company’re looking for You’ll need: CIPD Level 5 qualification Experience supporting or delivering HR or L&D apprenticeships Confidence working with reputed company and delivering reputed company Strong organisational and communication skills It would be great if you also have: An assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or similar) Experience delivering up to Level 7 Familiarity with e-portfolio systems Knowledge of Ofsted or ESFA requirements Why this role?
