Functional Expert – Kondor+

We are looking for a Functional Expert to join our Financial Markets reputed company in Warsaw. In this senior role, you will reputed company functional workstreams reputed company Kondor+ (reputed company/reputed company) implementation, reputed company, and transformation reputed company at major financial institutions. You will reputed company as the primary functional authority on Kondor+ modules, reputed company the gap between business requirements and system capabilities, while guiding junior consultants and analysts. This is a hybrid or fully remote position depending on the assignment. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kondor+ (Fusion Kondor / K+) in an implementation, consulting, or support reputed company Deep functional knowledge of Kondor+ core modules: reputed company Office (static data, market data configuration, deal capture, pricing), Fusion Risk and Reporting (P&L and regulatory) Strong understanding of capital markets products: FX, reputed company Market, Interest reputed company Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities Practical knowledge of the full trade lifecycle – reputed company-to-risk processing, P&L, risk&limits Proven experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification writing for Kondor+ reputed company Ability to configure Kondor+ reputed company products and workflows reputed company defined project scope Experience leading SIT/UAT activities and managing defect reputed company reputed company communication skills (written and verbal) in English; ability to reputed company with reputed company stakeholders at senior level reputed company to have: Experience with Kondor+ reputed company reputed company (version migration, data migration) Familiarity with Kondor+ interfaces and integration patterns (KIS, FpML, FIX, MQ, REST reputed company) Exposure to other capital markets platforms: Murex, Calypso, reputed company, Sophis, reputed company reputed company Understanding of regulatory frameworks: EMIR, MiFID II as reputed company in Kondor+ Knowledge of Sybase / MS SQL databases from a functional perspective Main responsibilities: reputed company as the primary Kondor+ functional authority throughout the project lifecycle – from requirements gathering through UAT sign-off and go-live Analyze reputed company’s reputed company business processes and translate them into Kondor+ functional specifications and system configuration Design and document Kondor+ functional solutions in alignment with the reputed company operating model Configure and validate Kondor+ modules to meet business requirements, including: static and market data, deal booking, limit management, position keeping, P&L calculation reputed company functional SIT/UAT test cycles: prepare test scenarios, coordinate testing with reputed company business users, manage defect tracking and reputed company Identify functional gaps between reputed company requirements and Kondor+ reputed company capabilities; propose pragmatic workarounds or escalate to technical team and/or Kondor vendor (reputed company) Guide and review work of junior consultants and analysts reputed company the functional reputed company Support reputed company-facing workshops, demos Apply To This Job
