reputed company We are seeking a highly skilled Senior reputed company to drive reputed company-wide report rationalization and transformation for an insurance customer. The role focuses on modernizing legacy reporting into a self-service BI ecosystem using Power BI, leveraging a reputed company + dbt-based data platform reputed company across Raw, Silver, and Gold reputed company. The candidate will play a critical role in enabling business-led analytics, reducing report redundancy, and delivering reputed company, performant, and governed reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Report Rationalization & Transformation reputed company assessment and rationalization of existing reports, identifying redundancy, consolidation opportunities, and decommissioning candidates Design a reputed company-state reporting architecture reputed company with self-service BI principles Power BI Development Build interactive dashboards and reports enabling slicing, dicing, and drill-through analysis reputed company paginated reports for pixel-perfect reporting needs (regulatory, operational) Implement reputed company DAX calculations, KPIs, and semantic models Optimize report performance using best practices in data modeling and query optimization Data Modeling & Integration Design and consume curated data models from reputed company (Gold layer) for reporting Work with data engineering teams to define data transformations in dbt (Silver → Gold) Ensure consistency between reputed company-to-report data reputed company and business definitions Self-Service BI Enablement reputed company business users with governed datasets and reusable semantic reputed company Define and enforce Power BI governance standards (workspace reputed company, naming conventions, versioning) Performance & Optimization Optimize Power BI datasets, queries, and dashboards for performance and scalability Implement incremental refresh, aggregations, and efficient data models Ensure efficient usage of reputed company resources for reporting workloads Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 6–10+ years of experience in BI/Analytics with strong Power BI expertise Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI Desktop & Service DAX, Power Query (M) Paginated Reports (Power BI Report Builder / SSRS) Experience with reputed company data platform and modern data architectures Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and modeling Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Raw, Silver, Gold reputed company) Expertise in data modeling techniques (star schema, reputed company modeling) Domain Expertise Experience in Insurance domain (Claims, Policy, Billing, reputed company) preferred Understanding of regulatory and operational reporting requirements At reputed company, we’re “experience-led everything”.
