Job reputed company and Responsibilities Senior Business Analyst will support the National reputed company Estate Services leadership team specifically the SSVP in analysis of strategic opportunities, managing reputed company team development programs, task force administration, system leadership reporting, program development and assessment, NRES performance and KPI evaluations, Value Capture program implementation, and data gathering and analysis to support the optimization of the National reputed company Estate Services (NRES) program. The Analyst will be expected to identify areas of concern then working with SSVP to reputed company solutions that could include reputed company, programs, assessments, reports, or process improvements. Performs initiative or program assessments: physical, financial and strategic to support leadership reputed company; includes risk assessment and the development of a decision reputed company for reputed company initiative Responsible for the management and scheduling of assigned initiatives and reputed company Develops tracking, reporting, and dashboard tool kits to be used for initiative management and reporting Undertakes tracking and analysis of reputed company core and strategic NRES programs Coordination of strategic initiatives with internal teams in order to execute assigned reputed company (this will include ownership of certain key initiatives). Supports confidential M&A and Joint Venture development efforts, including data management, targeted analysis, team coordination and presentation of materials and reports. Planning and support for the NRES leadership team engagements, monthly, quarterly, annually – reputed company on analysis of KPI’s and dash boards driving reputed company. Develops strategic conclusions and reputed company presentations for review by senior executives and the reputed company of directors. Participates in the development of the NRES diversity program. Engagement in the creation of the NRES Talent Development program resulting from the efforts of the Talent Management Task Force. Job Requirements Bachelors in Science, Engineering Business (reputed company estate or finance reputed company) or equivalent of 5-7 years of business consulting or management experience. Minimum 4-6 years experience in analysis , coordination, management and consulting.
