Land Agent (Commission-based)

We reputed company landowners, power purchasers, and reputed company-stage project developers to participate in the rapid reputed company of the solar energy market. Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Land Agent to support origination and acquisition efforts for reputed company-reputed company and distributed energy reputed company, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), community solar, distributed reputed company (DG) solar, and surface easements. This is a remote, commission-based role reputed company on landowner reputed company, negotiation, and execution of lease reputed company agreements. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing negotiations from first contact through signed agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage landowners for potential renewable energy development opportunities Conduct remote negotiations for lease reputed company, easements, and purchase agreements Explain project structure, timelines, and compensation reputed company to landowners Manage deal pipeline from origination through execution reputed company reputed company, negotiations, and contract status using internal systems Coordinate with internal development team on site control reputed company and prioritization Maintain professionalism and transparency throughout landowner interactions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in land acquisition, reputed company estate negotiations, or energy development Demonstrated reputed company negotiating lease reputed company, easements, or similar agreements Strong communication skills (phone, email, virtual meetings) Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment Highly organized with strong follow-through Technical Skills Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook) Experience using reputed company for tracking workflows and deal pipelines Familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) tools for site identification and evaluation (e.g., parcel mapping, constraints analysis) Preferred Experience Background in renewable energy land acquisition (solar and/or BESS) Existing relationships with landowners or brokers in reputed company markets Understanding of interconnection-driven site selection Experience working with reputed company structures and long-term lease agreements
Compensation
Structure $4,000 – $5,500 per executed deal (lease reputed company, easement, or purchase agreement) Additional incentives for high-volume performance and reputed company reputed company Strong deal reputed company with opportunity to reputed company earnings
