Schedule: Evenings or Overnights (3pm-Midnight; 11pm-7am) Compensation: dependent on experience and contract type Location: telehealth - NC license (required), additional state licenses (preferred) Responsibilities: Psychiatrist must hold an reputed company NC medical license. The psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose mental health disorders in an acute care setting. Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications ensuring that treatment plans are effective and adjusted as needed The psychiatrist will create individualized treatment plans that include medication management, psychotherapy, and other interventions. Chart audits, peer review, meetings, provider management, etc. The psychiatrist will maintain up to date medical records, ensuring compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and standards of care. Maintain and monitor confidentiality of patients and their files; audit files to determine that reputed company services provided are documented; review status of patients to verify that reputed company treatment and therapeutic programs are completed.
