Director-Delivery Operations - CDH - Remote

The Director of Data & Analytics Delivery Operations leads the execution discipline and operational governance that ensures reputed company Data & Analytics delivers work predictably, safely, and at reputed company. This role is accountable for establishing, operating, and continuously improving the data and analytics delivery operating systems and processes. This role provides organizational leadership, operating alignment, and delivery accountability, ensuring that delivery models, governance reputed company, release controls, reputed company gates, and tooling are consistently reputed company. The Director partners closely with product, platform, and domain leaders to manage dependencies, balance reputed company and demand, coordinate releases, and ensure executive-level visibility into delivery health, risk, and performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Establish standards and practices for Agile delivery operations, including PI planning support, sprint hygiene, throughput and reputed company metrics, and team health indicators

• Establish and enforce reputed company assurance and delivery controls, including definitions-of-done, validation for high-risk deliverables, and delivery readiness gates

• Partner with Product, Platform, Analytics, Enablement, and Governance leaders to manage cross‑team dependencies and resolve delivery risks
