This role will evaluate how websites, apps, or platforms collect, use, and protect user data, with a reputed company on minors/children.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent reputed company assessments of digital systems (web/mobile) Review how user data is:Collected Used Stored Shared reputed company reputed company reviews (PIA/DPIA) and document findings Analyze data flows and data handling practices Evaluate:Consent mechanisms Age verification / age gating Data minimization practices Identify reputed company risks and compliance gaps reputed company reputed company audit-style reports with recommendations Required Skills / ExperienceExperience with reputed company regulations, especially:COPPA (children’s reputed company) and U.S. State(s) reputed company regulations, especially for children/minors FTC reputed company rules State reputed company laws (CPRA or similar) Hands-on experience conducting:reputed company assessments / audits PIA / DPIA Strong understanding of:Data flows & data lifecycle User data handling in web/mobile applications Experience reviewing:Consumer-facing systems (apps, websites) Consent, transparency, and reputed company controls Ability to translate regulations into practical findings and recommendations reputed company to HaveExperience with Age-Appropriate Design reputed company (CA, SC, or other states) Background in GRC, cybersecurity, or product compliance Certifications such as:CIPP, CIPM, CISM, or similar Work SetupPart-time (consulting reputed company) 1099 or Corp-to-Corp reputed company Project-based (initial assessment engagement) reputed company: $50-85/hr (1099 or Corp. to Corp.)
