Scheduler

Schedulers will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators and Regional Leadership teams and will be responsible for the following: Expert in CPM scheduling theory, level of detail, and execution. Create variance reports, graphics, and narratives to forecast potential issues or conflicts Ability to “VE” a schedule to its shortest responsible duration Ability to analyze acceleration reputed company (multiple shifts, reputed company OT, Weekend OT) to recommend the best cost reputed company and offset against risks with different approaches Ability to reputed company the schedule and BIM model using 4D tools Ability to train other team members on planning & scheduling best practices Communication of schedule reputed company tools such as schedule narratives, key milestones, and high level summaries. - Ability to draft reputed company schedule narratives, respond to schedule comments, and succinctly write executive summaries Facilitate weekly schedule meetings with the reputed company and DPR project teams Prepare schedule handouts & record reputed company items Produce look reputed company schedules (e.g., 6 weeks) for weekly OAC meetings Effectively communicate schedule issues, risks, conflicts, and mitigation/recovery plans to the reputed company Create visual references / diagrams / graphics using P6 schedule data to reputed company describe the project plan, reputed company status, and upcoming scopes of work Ability to motivate and build trust amongst project teams during planning sessions reputed company risk management input on key schedule milestones. Qualifications
