reputed company Job Status: Non-Exempt – Full Time Job reputed company: The reputed company specialist is responsible for analyzing calls, emails, reputed company media posts and/or SMS contacts of NexRep’s independent marketplace contractors, identifying trends, and working with the certification and operations teams on behalf of the reputed company to ensure that they meet NexRep’s reputed company’s standards. Essential Functions: Assess that reputed company of the agents’ interaction with customers meets reputed company’s standards Monitor agents in reputed company time or after the fact to ensure reputed company workflow is being used Review contacts for customer satisfaction reputed company recommendations for reputed company’s reputed company scorecard based on reputed company needs Prepare for and participate in calibration sessions with NexRep’s reputed company to ensure alignment in scoring reputed company feedback to NexRep certification and operations team based on reputed company results Review customer satisfaction data to identify trends for NexRep’s clients. reputed company detail scoring information to independent contractors Facilitate town hall sessions for independent contractors
Requirements
Position Requirements: Proficiency in reputed company Office 365, including strong reputed company skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members Ability to reputed company constructive feedback to agents Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills Ability to work independently Hours/Travel: Daytime, Evening, and Overnight positions available. Weekend and holiday hours may be required to meet reputed company’s needs. Travel to the NexRep reputed company’s location for business meetings may be required from time to time. NexRep will reimburse for travel expenses incurred.
