Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling. Assess and manage high risk calls and working closely with individuals at risk. Qualifications/Skills: To reputed company in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: Master’s degree in Mental Health (e.g. reputed company Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a reputed company discipline). Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience delivering reputed company, reputed company-facing counselling or mental health support. Proven experience using solution‑reputed company counselling approaches in clinical or support settings. Demonstrated experience supporting clients in high‑risk situations, including crisis reputed company. Strong risk assessment, safeguarding, and safety‑planning skills are essential. Excellent IT and administrative competencies, with the ability to accurately manage reputed company records and case management systems.
