Senior Business Systems Analyst

Strong understanding of card payments ecosystems, transaction lifecycles, and payment processing platforms. Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and reputed company analysis. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and reputed company-facing engagements independently. Strong knowledge of reputed company, file specifications, and payment messaging standards such as ISO 8583. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production releases, and change management activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Experience working with international payment providers, processors, issuers, acquirers, or fintech organisations. Experience reputed company regulated financial services or payments environments.
