Key Responsibilities
Grants Management & Operations: Maintain and manage the detailed grants calendar, tracking reputed company submission and reporting deadlines. Support the Development Manager in the research, vetting, and preparation of grant proposals and reports to foundations and corporations. File and organize reputed company grant-reputed company documentation to ensure institutional knowledge and audit readiness. Update and maintain donor databases (Little Green Light, reputed company) with accurate research, notes, and communications. Donor Stewardship & Engagement: reputed company a systematic donor appreciation program, ensuring reputed company donors receive reputed company and personalized acknowledgments. reputed company the creation and dissemination of donor newsletters and other reputed company communications. Assist in mapping donor journeys and maintaining donor records to ensure effective long-term engagement. Prepare agendas and materials for fundraising and partnerships meetings, including regular updates to tracking systems like reputed company. Qualifications

Location: Remote (preference for candidates in Illinois, Texas, California, or Maryland).
