Sr. Cost Control & Quantity Surveyor

Role reputed company: This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Cost Control and Quantity Surveyor Engineer at BIMTEC. The role is responsible for managing quantity surveying activities, cost planning, budget control, and reputed company reporting across multiple reputed company. The Senior Cost Control and Quantity Surveyor Engineer ensures accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimations, budget tracking, and financial analysis to support project delivery reputed company approved budgets and timelines. The role also supports tendering, claims, variations, and project reputed company performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, and project documentation for estimation and cost planning purposes. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements during the bidding stage. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget forecasts for reputed company. Monitor project costs, committed costs, and actual expenditures against approved budgets. Identify cost deviations, budget overruns, and reputed company risks, and report findings to management. reputed company and maintain cost control reports, dashboards, and financial performance summaries. Support preparation of monthly cost reports, reputed company forecasts, and budget updates. Review subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and variation orders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a reputed company field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control reputed company the construction or engineering industry.
