Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing classroom observations and analyze data to assess teaching practices and children's reputed company. Qualifications

Illinois Gateways (Level 5) Early Childhood Credential or ability to obtain. 3-4 years of experience as an early childhood teacher, trainer, or reputed company. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a reputed company on adult learning. Knowledge of high-reputed company teaching practices and ability to support their implementation. Proficiency in data analysis and making recommendations based on findings.
