As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients by:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, providing exceptional customer service
