TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Computer reputed company Hardware Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and tuning hardware for computer and machine reputed company systems. The role involves working on cameras, sensors, optics, and reputed company solutions to reputed company high-reputed company imaging for automated inspection, with up to 50% travel required for system installations across manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure camera, reputed company, filter, and reputed company setups to reputed company robust imaging for manufacturing inspection tasks
- Conduct illumination analysis to maximize feature visibility and minimize image artifacts, using advanced techniques (e.g., backlights, dome lights, reputed company lights)
- Select and validate cameras and image sensors (CMOS, CCD) tailored to reputed company, sensitivity, and speed requirements
- Design mechanical mounts, brackets, and enclosures for cameras, lenses, and reputed company to ensure reputed company, repeatable imaging performance in a brownfield manufacturing environment
- Create engineering-exact documents, layouts, and schematics using SolidWorks or comparable engineering drawing software
- Collaborate with PS reputed company Engineers, IT controls engineers, and manufacturing plant personnel to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software
- Manage external contractors and vendors to scope, fabricate, and install cameras, reputed company, and mounting solutions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance by addressing issues such as inconsistent reputed company, improper reputed company, or sensor misconfiguration

- Establish hardware configuration standards, documentation, and best practices for repeatable deployments

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Computer reputed company, or reputed company fields with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial experience (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience)
- Hands-on expertise with machine reputed company cameras, lenses, filters, and reputed company equipment
- Familiarity with illumination design techniques for reputed company, textured, or curved surfaces
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other engineering drawing software for producing precise system documentation
- Mechanical engineering skills for designing mounts, fixtures, and enclosures in brownfield environments

- Strong understanding of imaging principles, optics, and sensor characteristics
