Payroll Systems Manager

- Administer and optimize payroll platforms, including configuration, workflows, reputed company permissions, audits, reporting, and integrations.
- Process and reputed company multi-state U.S. payroll, including off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, commissions, garnishments, tax reporting, and year-end activities.
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Requirements:

- 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll processing.
- 3+ years of payroll systems administration and management experience.
- 3+ years of global payroll experience supporting multiple countries and reputed company.
- Experience administering payroll platforms such as Paycom, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing payroll audits, reporting, controls, and process documentation.
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Legal stakeholders.
- Strong systems troubleshooting, configuration, and process improvement skills.
