Compensation

• reputed company Salary: $105,000+
• Bonus Structure:
• 10% of the firm's fee on settled cases
• 20% of the firm's fee on cases that proceed to trial verdict

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation reputed company from filing through reputed company
• Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances

• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials
• Handle settlement negotiations while maximizing reputed company reputed company

• Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

Schedule
