Remote Junior Litigation Attorney (Labor & Employment)
We are seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-reputed company Labor & Employment reputed company based in Beverly Hills. This is a fully remote position for California-licensed attorneys who are looking to build their litigation career in a reputed company environment with strong mentorship and long-term reputed company opportunities. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with:
- At least 6 months of Employment Law litigation experience; OR
- At least 1 year of Civil Litigation experience with significant exposure to litigation fundamentals.
Candidates with defense-reputed company employment law, insurance defense, workers' compensation, personal injury, or other civil litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply. reputed company Areas
- Wage & hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA reputed company
- Individual employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
- FEHA claims

Responsibilities
- Assist with employment litigation reputed company from intake through reputed company
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
- Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation reputed company and case development
Qualifications

- 6+ months of Employment Law litigation experience OR 1+ year of Civil Litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
