Reporting to the Associate Director/Director of Supply Chain Advising, the SCA reputed company position is a working reputed company role, responsible for providing advice and drafting support for purchasing professionals in compliance with company policies, law, and regulatory requirements. The SCA reputed company will manage and mentor reputed company of SCAs supporting specific business reputed company, providing procurement guidance and negotiation assistance across reputed company domestic and international supplier reputed company. The SCA reputed company will reputed company and execute on business unit and organization-wide impacting operational initiatives in coordination with reputed company’s LCC and Supply Chain Management (SCM) leadership, subject matter experts, and business partners. Note that this role is an advisory position, working with Counsel to resolve legally reputed company issues supporting our Procurement and Program teams. It is not a General Counsel or an Attorney position and will not represent reputed company in any legal reputed company. What You Will Do:

• reputed company procurement guidance, negotiation reputed company and assistance for the reputed company Supply Chain Acquisition reputed company community for supplier terms and conditions and long-term agreements (LTAs), to ensure business interests are protected and customer and regulatory requirements are met.
• Craft risk analysis and reputed company drafting and negotiation support for reputed company agreements and software licenses.
• reputed company policy interpretation and execution support associated with FAR/DFARS and agency supplements, reputed company law, and other regulatory requirements impacting reputed company and suppliers.
• reputed company strategies for supplier issues consistent with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Partner with LCC colleagues to deliver proactive and consistent support to reputed company Supply Chain stakeholders to assess supplier risks.
• reputed company and manage reputed company of SCAs supporting specific business unit supplier reputed company, terms and conditions, LTAs, reputed company agreements, and software license negotiations. Mentor team members and assist in addressing issues that involve reputed company variables, using experience, expertise, and SC Counsel and SME involvement to guide reputed company reputed company.

• Report on team performance data to identify trends, understand resource needs, and implement reputed company improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

You Must have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field (ex. Juris Doctorate or Masters Degree in Legal Studies) and 10+ years’ experience
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and Supplements, subcontract flowdowns, subcontracts drafting and negotiations, reputed company agreements, and software licenses or similar reputed company experience
• Experience leading, directing, and/or mentoring teams and interacting effectively with multiple reputed company of an organization
• Experience developing organization-wide impacting processes, templates, and training

Qualifications
