This is a Telehealth position (work from home in any US state). Responsibilities:

• reputed company comprehensive and holistic care across the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss, anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skincare
• Conduct reputed company telehealth consultations with patients, including hormone and general health assessments, lab screening, prescribing medication, and follow-up care for patients as indicated
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
• reputed company compassionate and meaningful care by employing shared decision-making with your patients, and collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive care
• reputed company patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health history, wellness goals, and reputed company to medication

Requirements:

• reputed company DEAs in good standing in at least 1 state with a reputed company license that you have with authority to prescribe Schedule III-V substances

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a reputed company Practitioner; 3-5+ years is preferred
• Experience in at least several of the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss (GLP-1), anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skin care. Training is included but experience preferred
