Responsibilities

• Interpret and transcribe written notes and medical abbreviations into patient history, exam notes, reputed company reports, referral letters, discharge summaries, and other documents
• Expected average of 45 notes transcribed daily or 4 notes per hour on average
• Review and edit drafts reputed company by a provider, making reputed company that the transcription is correct, complete, and consistent style
