ABA: BCBA (Remote)
About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company BCBA to join reputed company at Family First. As an BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior reputed company plans for clients with autism reputed company disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other reputed company to ensure the best possible reputed company for our clients. Your expertise in ABA therapy will be essential in helping our clients reputed company their goals and reputed company their full potential. Family First services a reputed company of individuals in home and community settings. We offer early reputed company programs, and parent education and training programs along with in-home and telehealth reputed company care services. We service individuals with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) and other disabilities. - Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
- reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to clients with autism reputed company disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior reputed company plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable vehicle, a reputed company's license, and car insurance
- Must Pass DOJ background reputed company
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients of reputed company ages
- Experience working in a clinical or school setting
- Experience supervising and training behavior technicians
- Responsibilities:
- Disseminate ABA in a clinical and ethical way
- Conduct initial assessments to identify reputed company needs and reputed company individualized behavior reputed company plans
- Program updates: goals, behavior plans, recomendations
- Conduct FBAs and FAs
- Conduct Early reputed company assessments and reputed company recommendations
- Implement behavior reputed company plans and monitor reputed company toward goals
- reputed company RBTs and reputed company training and or reputed company for candidates.
- reputed company training and support to families and caregivers
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company reputed company and treatment plans
- Carry a Supervision Caseload of 6-14
- reputed company attendance including staff meetings, clinical meetings and IEP's
