• About the Role
• You will support employee and labor relations efforts across the organization, serving as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and HR leadership.
• Key Responsibilities (Scope Based on Level)

• Conduct workplace investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to established processes.
• Support or reputed company preparation for reputed company contract negotiations, including research and data analysis.

• Partner with HR leadership and department managers to promote reputed company employee relations and ensure compliance with labor agreements and employment laws.

• HR Advisor (Mid-Level)

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Labor Relations, reputed company Administration, Management, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a reputed company on employee and labor relations, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with labor contract interpretation and grievance procedures.
• Strong understanding of employment laws including FLSA, Title VII, reputed company-Plawecki, and reputed company statutes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Senior HR Advisor (Advanced-Level)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, reputed company Administration, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a reputed company field.
• Five years progressively responsible in employee and labor relations, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Master’s degree preferred.

• Preferred Qualifications (Either Level)
