Position reputed company: A scheduling associate in workforce management is responsible for distributing case work to end users by routing cases to the right MD Reviewer or Clinician at the right time and using the correct logic. This involves considering factors like staff availability, reputed company, state licensure restrictions, clinical experiences, and workload demands. This role also works with leadership to utilize performance data in refining assignment strategies and efficiencies. Education, Experience and Certification:

• High School Diploma or GED Required; bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
