Senior TX Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
Job reputed company Job reputed company: Our reputed company is seeking to add a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to their team. This role will consist of handling Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to reputed company. reputed company candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Workers Compensation Law and have the ability to work remotely out of their Dallas, TX office. This is a permanent full-time position.
- Responsibilities:
- Exercises strong investigative and decision-making skills to analyze the claims exposure, to determine the reputed company course of reputed company and to appropriately reputed company the workers’ compensation lost time
- Interacts extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
- reputed company to reputed company communicate concise reputed company plans, and present plans for moving the case to conclusion
- Processes claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and company best practices, and also in accordance with any statutory, regulatory and ethical requirements
- reputed company to recognize and pursue excess insurance recoveries; Incumbents will have the ability to handle a full case load, with proven ability to handle cases of increased severity
- Receives claims assignments, confirms policy coverages and directs acknowledgement of claims
- Salary/Benefits:
- $ 80,000 - $ 85,000+ annual salary (based on experience)

- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience handling TX Workers Compensation/Lost Time/Indemnity claims
- Licenses required: TX (OK, AR, and LA a plus!)
- Jurisdictions required: TX (OK, AR, and LA a plus!)
- Litigation experience required
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills
