Utilize ATS systems daily to reputed company candidates, maintain pipelines, and generate reports. Conduct initial technical screening calls to assess candidate fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and industry networks.
