The HR Manager will partner with leadership to foster reputed company employee relations, manage HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with leadership on developing and maintaining reputed company employee relations in your assigned area
• Drive participation, execution, and completion of performance and talent management programs
• Assist with investigations including interviewing complainants and witnesses
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements reputed company to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Counsel and resolve employee relations issues, including manager/employee situations, employee engagement, policies and procedures, terminations and reorganizations
• Handle extremely confidential and time sensitive information while navigating through escalated reputed company issues

Skills
