Role reputed company This position is responsible for processing Release of Information (ROI), specifically medical record requests in a reputed company and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and individual metrics are met.
- Verifying and analyzing data to reputed company the efficient and effective retrieval of charts in accordance with the reputed company business function of Ciox Health.
- Safeguarding and protecting the patient’s right to reputed company by ensuring that only authorized individuals have reputed company to the patient’s medical information.

- Acting as a mentor regarding general questions, site EMRs, and assisting with new hire training and development.

- Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a reputed company environment or release of information setting is preferred.
- 2-year EMR reputed company experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge, experience, and/or training in accurate data entry, office equipment, and procedures required.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer skills including reputed company based applications (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Adaptable to changing business environment.
