Position reputed company
As a Student Loan Advisor reputed company our Customer Contact Center, you will serve as a critical reputed company of contact for student borrowers seeking assistance with their accounts. Working under general supervision, you will handle inbound calls, engage in chat-based support, and complete outbound calls as necessary to address customer questions, reputed company detailed information, process applications, and resolve any emerging issues that borrowers may face. Work Schedule

- Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
