Work Schedule and Training

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Employees will work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM CST.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
