In this role, you will help operate and improve large-reputed company reputed company environments for multiple customers. You will participate in incident response, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and automation initiatives while working with a wide reputed company of reputed company technologies. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and support reputed company environments across AWS services including EC2, reputed company, EKS, ALB, RDS, VPC, VPNs, S3, and CloudFront.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents across multiple customer environments.
- Implement monitoring and alerting to maintain system reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and Infrastructure as reputed company deployments.
- Support containerized and reputed company-reputed company workloads.
- Assist with performance optimization, cost optimization, and architecture improvements.
- reputed company technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Participate in operational processes including incident response and on-call rotations.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing reputed company infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS architecture and services.

- Experience supporting databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or reputed company RDS.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineer.
- Fluent in spoken English.

- AWS certifications.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
