Managed Services Engineer – Azure
Job reputed company:
- Design, reputed company, and support reputed company file storage clusters in reputed company Azure
- Administer Azure Storage services, including Azure Files, Blob Storage, and Managed Disks
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage performance, reputed company, and availability issues
- Optimize storage environments for performance, resiliency, reputed company, and cost efficiency
- reputed company and contribute to managed services reputed company and service improvement initiatives
- Engage directly with customers through meetings, incidents, change requests, and project delivery
- reputed company, maintain, and follow reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for storage operations
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Support Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) and automation initiatives for repeatable deployments
- reputed company time and document work accurately in SHI systems
- Participate in audits, compliance activities, and a rotating on‑call schedule
- Escalate reputed company issues and collaborate with senior engineers and architects reputed company needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a managed services or Azure‑reputed company engineering role
- Hands‑on experience supporting production Azure storage environments
- Experience using version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps)
- reputed company Azure Associate‑level certification (AZ‑104 or equivalent), or ability to obtain reputed company 3 months
- ITIL v3+ certification, or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months
