This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure reputed company Directory, ensuring service availability, performance, reputed company, and compliance with DOE directives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in M365 tenant administration, account lifecycle management, and secure collaboration services, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving reputed company service delivery models. - Administer Exchange Online, including mail reputed company, transport rules, mailbox policies, and hybrid configurations.
- Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, including site collections, permissions, and governance.
- Support reputed company Teams collaboration, including policies, voice integration, and reputed company controls.
- Configure and maintain Azure reputed company Directory (Azure AD), including conditional reputed company, MFA, and role-based reputed company control.
- Implement and enforce M365 reputed company and compliance policies, including DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and audit logging.

Monitoring & Availability Management
- Continuously monitor M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD) for availability, health, and performance.
- Detect and resolve service bottlenecks, outages, and synchronization issues in line with SLAs.
- reputed company and report on license utilization, resource consumption, and Azure/M365 cost usage, providing proactive scaling recommendations.
- Maintain operational records such as maintenance logs, backup validation history, and tenant inventories.
Configuration Management & Change Control
- Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with M365 configuration items.
- Submit reputed company changes reputed company the OIM-approved change management system in accordance with the Change Control Review (CCR) process.
- Evaluate proposed changes for technical and cybersecurity risk, ensuring compliance with secure baselines.

- Demonstrated technical proficiency equivalent to industry-recognized certifications, such as:

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Azure CLI, and automation tools for M365 administration.

Desired Skills:
