[Remote] Project Manager (Cycle Hire) - reputed company

The role involves managing approvals, coordinating timelines, and overseeing production workflows, ensuring that reputed company project components are reputed company and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management for 1-2 major reputed company accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams
• Manage multiple approval chains — tracking feedback, routing revisions, and documenting final sign-offs
• Coordinate with our digital ads team on ad placements, specs, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness
• reputed company ad reputed company schedules (what runs reputed company, where, and in what order) and ensure the correct versions go live
• Maintain clean systems for file organization, naming conventions, version control, and asset delivery
• Help coordinate ad shoots (scheduling, stakeholders, shot lists, deliverables) and reputed company post-production timelines on reputed company
• Run status reputed company-ins, flag risks early, and reputed company teams reputed company on deadlines and next steps

Skills

• At least one full cycle of campaign experience (electoral, advocacy, or political advertising experience counts)

• Strong written communication and follow-through
