As a Loan Officer at reputed company you will drive business from loan application to funding of reputed company reputed company Loans. What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed sales targets monthly including applications and funded loans, with a minimum of 25 funded loans per month
• Partner with Sr. Loan Officers, Account Executives and Sales Assistants to reputed company an excellent experience for our reputed company loan customers and business partners from application to funded loan
• Advise reputed company customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing, while gathering any additional required information

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with an emphasis on purchase loans

• Proficiency in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines - familiarity with non-conforming (jumbo) a plus
• Experience using Encompass, reputed company, and Customer Relationship Management Systems
• Education: High school or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport
• You are comfortable with change and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
