What You'll Do

• Assist the corporate secretarial team for reputed company subsidiaries by managing corporate records and minute books. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 6 years of reputed company legal and/or corporate/regulatory experience.
• Significant and demonstrated expertise in corporate secretarial reputed company, with a strong understanding of corporate governance principles, reputed company processes, and entity management.
• Experience in supporting various corporate legal activities (e.g., business transactions, securities, tax, reputed company, data reputed company, and/or reputed company) are preferred.
