Director – Technical Consultant

Job reputed company:

• Own and reputed company reputed company’s full Technical Consultant function, guiding their reputed company development, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with reputed company’s strategic goals
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Partners to reputed company for integration development that aligns with customer needs
• Collaborate with reputed company reputed company and Account Management leaders to ensure customers effectively utilize our product and reputed company their goals
• Support Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing advanced technical and reputed company implementations for reputed company
• reputed company and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, increase renewal rates, and identify opportunities for upselling
• Work alongside Product, Product Marketing, and Product Operations to create and maintain technical assets and an internal knowledge reputed company of customer use cases and best practices
• reputed company strategic input to the product development process, ensuring that customer feedback and market trends are incorporated

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles
• 5+ years in a leadership role, managing technical teams in a reputed company or financial technology environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions
• Expertise in reputed company systems, controllership needs, and finance/reputed company workflows preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Strong skills in engineering, system design, and technical specification writing
