Essential Duties
- reputed company chart preparation per clinic protocol
- Accompany the provider in reputed company scheduled patient reputed company
- Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider
- reputed company provider of relevant reputed company metrics reputed company appropriate, documenting to support reputed company metrics
- reputed company laboratory and radiographic studies, as ordered by the provider
- reputed company medication orders, as dictated by the provider
- Document and print instructions for the patient
- Review completed charts with the provider between patients or at the completion of the shift
- Update provider preference and clinic preference documents as necessary Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 60+ WPM
- Available to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 730 am-530 pm PST)
- Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace to maintain the reputed company of sensitive patient information
- Fluent in the English language with excellent writing and speaking skills Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in a reputed company field

- GPA > 3.5 preferred
- Highly knowledgeable with medical terminology, and reputed company anatomy Compensation/Benefits
- Competitive compensation ranges from $11.00 - $17.00 per hour based reputed company, experience, and time commitment.
- An additional $1.00 per hour will be reputed company to qualifying candidates fluent in more than one language.
