Instructional Designer/Developer (eLearning) - 100% Virtual

We're partnering exclusively with an online payroll and HR solutions reputed company to identify a skilledInstructional Designer to reputed company eLearning courses. In this role, you'll work with existing materials and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to redesign and build engaging learner-reputed company modules. While SME support will be available, you'll be expected to first reputed company existing content, and then consult with SMEs for feedback and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess reputed company content, identifying gaps in structure, engagement, and instructional design. reputed company static content into effective, learner-reputed company eLearning modules. Apply adult learning principles and best practices to design engaging and interactive training experiences. Collaborate with SMEs and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials.
